One of my big pet peeves is when you are using chat support and after spending 10 minutes typing your concern an agent finally pops in and says Greetings!ย ย How are you today?ย ย I say good, and then silence.ย ย Like they never fricking received the initial message with the problem.ย ย Most of the time I’ll just sit there and wait.ย ย Since they are probably assisting 5000 other people, I it can take a long time.ย ย I mean really, wtf?ย What a horrible customer experience.
